Reviews and Ratings
I arrived at the hotel and found it conveniently close to the city center and within walking distance to the cathedral where I was singing, which was a big plus. However, the rooms lacked proper cleaning, and sadly, the restaurant and even the shower weren't functioning during my stay. Despite these setbacks, the hotel made efforts to be helpful and accommodating, which I appreciated. It's definitely a mixed bag for me.
The hotel offers a very comfortable bed in rooms that are in very bad condition, even in the bathroom, yet with good facilities. The location is conveniently close to the city center and a private car park is available but some areas lack railings on stairs. The dining experience is at its best with a lovely experienced lady and an efficient waitress, serving delicious fish and chips. The hotel provides room service and makes efforts to be helpful and accommodating. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs but is satisfactory for a stay.
The hotel offers a really comfortable bed with good lighting in rooms that have windows wide open. The staff here truly make efforts to be helpful and accommodating, and room service is available. The location is just before the town centre with a private car park, ideally for the city centre and very close to the cathedral where I was singing. The dining experience is by a lovely experienced lady assisted by a very efficient waitress, and it's best with beans served at 9.15 am. The hotel provides a great value for money with an included breakfast.
